Carbon dioxide (CO2 ) is a colorless, odorless gas produced by nature. The use of liquid CO2 eliminates the need for a drying cycle, which translates into no heat damage, no fading and no stain setting on garments.

The result is a process that produces superior cleaning, but is easy on clothes so they look better, longer. As a bonus, clothes smell fresh and never have that “dry cleaning” odor. Our unique finishing process makes your clothes look and feel like new. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
The Hangers patented MiCare® process uses carbon dioxide (CO2); a colorless, odorless gas that nature produces daily. Liquid carbon dioxide is the same benign substance that is used to put the fizz in carbonated soft drinks. The liquid CO2 is used in conjunction with our detergent, containing patented cleaning agents, in a process that is easy on clothes and safe for the environment.

Hangers DOES NOT use perchloroethylene. Perchloroethylene is the substance most commonly used in traditional methods, and is associated with several modern environmental and human health risks.

Hangers MiCare® technology is designed to minimize negative environmental impact. Nearly 98 percent of the CO2 used in Hangers process is recovered for reuse. The Hangers CO2 technology also lowers energy consumption by eliminating heat in the drying process.
